About Me
I have spent the majority of my life observing the natural world and all it's mysteries. Using this language of the external world, it is my goal to portray our complex internal worlds in all their nuance, beauty and contradiction. As someone who has had a 20 year relationship with chronic pain, much of my work uses the body to try and portray the dualities we often hold. Pain and beauty so frequently go hand in hand. Devastation is a pipeline to transformation. Resilience comes from breathing in again and again. Skin, emotion and logic all intermingle in ways we cannot truly separate. This is the place I make work my from.
The wonder of having a body at all.
