Refund policy
At Christina Mrozik Art, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the delicate and limited nature of my products, all sales are final and items are nonrefundable including tattoo vouchers and gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with proof of damage (such as photographs). I will gladly exchange the damaged item for a new one at no additional cost to you, and I will cover the shipping costs for the return and exchange.
Refunds
I will notify you once I’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please ensure that all items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. I recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return or exchange, as I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
Incorrect address / International Customs returns
Please note that if you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, or if you fail to pick up your package from the post office or customs, you will be responsible for paying for repeat shipping costs to have the item resent to you.
Jewelry Repair
If your order arrives with any issues, please let me know right away. All orders are covered for 30 days for any structural flaws. After 30 days, wear and tear that is a result from regular use will be repaired for a reasonable fee.

The cost of repairs will vary depending on the type and extent of the damage, materials used, and the labor involved. Upon evaluation, I will provide you with a cost estimate for your approval before proceeding with the repairs.
